The 1.5 acres of ground surrounding the house include
olive, fig and almond trees that provide plenty of
shade from the sun. Sun terraces surround the property
with tables, chairs, sun loungers and parasols.
The gorgeous infinity pool is positioned amongst the
olive trees and takes advantage of one of the stunning
views across to Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica. The main
pool is 10 metres long and just under 3 metres deep
at the deep end. The water flows over the dry stone
wall into a baby pool at the bottom.
There are 4 outbuildings in the grounds including
an original pizza oven. One of the buildings has been
converted into a day room with sofabed and separate
bathroom.
There is also a boules pit in the shade of an olive
tree.
